15:1-8

15:1. And I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvelous, seven angels having the seven last plagues; for in them is filled up the wrath of God.

                Then I saw another portent in heaven, great and wonderful:  Revelation 12:1, 3.

                Seven angels with seven plagues,


Lev. 26:21,24, 28;

Psalm 78:49-50 (“a company of destroying angels.”)

Isaiah 5:8-22, (Judah‘s seven sins);

Matt. 23, (seven “woes” upon the Pharisees).


                Which are the last, for with them the wrath of God is ended:  Revelation 14:10; (cup of wrath is filled).

 

15:2. And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, [and] over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God.

                And I saw what appeared to be a sea of glass mingled with fire:  Revelation 4:6.    

                And those who had conquered the beast and its image and the number of its name:  Revelation 13:14-15.        

                Standing beside the sea of glass With harps of God in their hands:

Revelation 5:8; 14:2.            

 

15:3. And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvelous [are] thy works, Lord God Almighty; just and true [are] thy ways, thou King of saints.

                And they sing the song of Moses, the servant of God:

Exod.15:1-18;                                                                                 Deut.31:19-22:30-32,47.

                And the song of the Lamb:  Psalm 22 (see title “The Hind of the Dawn”).

                Saying: “Great and Wonderful are thy deeds O Lord God the Almighty:  Psalm 78:4; 111:2, 6; (alphabetic Psalm).

                Just and true are thy ways, O King of the ages!:


Psalm 145:17;

Hosea 14:9.


 

15:4. Who shall not fear thee, O Lord, and glorify thy name? for [thou] only [art] holy: for all nations shall come and worship before thee; for thy judgments are made manifest.

                Who shall not fear and glorify thy name, O Lord? for thou alone art holy:  Jer. 10:7.           

                All nations shall come and worship thee,

                For thy judgments have been revealed:

15:5. And after that I looked, and, behold, the temple of the tabernacle of the testimony in heaven was opened:

                After this I looked and the temple of the tent of witness in heaven was opened:

15:6. And the seven angels came out of the temple, having the seven plagues, clothed in pure and white linen, and having their breasts girded with golden girdles.

                And out of the temple came the seven angels with the seven plagues:  (The temple of verse 5).

                Robed in pure bright linen:

                And their breasts girded with golden girdles:  Revelation 1:13.

 

15:7. And one of the four beasts gave unto the seven angels seven golden vials full of the wrath of God, who liveth for ever and ever.

                And one of the four living creatures gave the seven angels  Revelation 4:6, 9; 10:6.              

                Seven golden bowls full of the wrath of God who lives for ever and ever:

 

15:8. And the temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God, and from his power; and no man was able to enter into the temple, till the seven plagues of the seven angels were fulfilled.

                And the temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God and from his power:
