11 A. More on “Anti-Semitism”.
In this Lesson we will deal more fullly with the U.S. Government Legislation Regarding “Anti-Semitism” and Homosexuality, that would make the Bible illegal.
1. The Bible says that the “Jews”, the Pharisees, killed Jesus: Peter: Acts 2:22-23, 36; 3:13-15; 4:10, 27-28; 5:30; Stephen: Acts 7:52; Paul: 1 Thessalonians 2:14-15.] This is called “blood libel” which is Anti-Semitic by recent legal standards, see below.
2. The Bible condemns homosexuality, Leviticus 18:22; 20:13; 1 Timothy 1:10. This is labeled “discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity or expression”, and is called a “hate crime”.

[Note: From their own writings, which they consider sacred, we have this information: From the Hatanya. fundamental book of the Habbad movement of the Hassidim, the “mystics, (Cabbala)”: “All non-Jews are totally satanic creatures ‘in whom there is absolutely nothing good’. Even a non-Jewish embryo is qualitatively different from a Jewish one. The very existence of a non-Jew is ‘inessential’, whereas all of creation was created solely for the sake of the Jews.” Is not this “conspiring to harm humanity”?]
“Contemporary examples of anti-Semitism in public life, the media, schools, the workplace, and in the religious sphere could, taking into account the overall context, include, but are not limited to: ….
- “Making mendacious, dehumanizing, demonizing, or stereotypical allegations about Jews as such or the power of Jews as a collective—such as, especially but not exclusively, the myth about a world Jewish conspiracy or of Jews controlling the media, economy, government or other societal institutions.

Rabbi Boteach explains in his own words why Jews should be in the position of control during this millennium. In the following, be aware that the word “Torah” is used to denote “Talmud” (see Critical Words of Talmud Study).

[My Note: Is not this ample evidence of a world-wide conspiracy to rule the world?]
Example of “Anti-Semitism” by their definition:
- “Accusing Jews as a people of being responsible for real or imagined wrongdoing committed by a single Jewish person or group, or even for acts committed by non-Jews.
“For Jews the Belief That God Can Be Human Is the Ultimate Heresy … The belief that God could have been born of a human womb, or could once have walked the earth, is so foreign to Judaism that it is rejected even by the most assimilated Jews. … Christianity, however, sees in Jesus the incarnation and embodiment of the Second Person of the Trinity, the Son.”

[My Note: The Soncino Talmud is the English translation of the Talmud, which is considered to be the authoritative scripture of the “Jews”, Pharisees. The Soncino Talmud Glossary defines the word ‘minuth’ as “heresy, the belief in more than one Power, especially Judeo-Christianity”. Christians are called ‘minim’, defined as “heretics; that is, Christians”. Heretics should be killed according to the Talmud.]
Another Example of “Anti-Semitism” by their definition:
• “Accusing Jewish citizens of being more loyal to Israel, or to the alleged priorities of Jews worldwide, than to the interests of their own nations.
Examples of the ways in which anti-Semitism manifests itself with regard to the state of Israel taking into account the overall context could include:
- “Denying the Jewish people their right to self-determination.…
• “Applying double standards by requiring of it a behavior not expected or demanded of any other democratic nation.
- “Using the symbols and images associated with classic anti-Semitism (e.g., claims of Jews killing Jesus or blood libel) to characterize Israel or Israelis.* ….
[My Note: “Blood libel” refers to the New Testament account of the Jews killing Jesus. This definition accuses the New Testament of the crime of “Anti-Semitism”, see above. This is called “classic anti-Semitism”.
‘Libel’ is defined by Webster as: “Law: Any statement or representation, published without just cause or excuse, or by pictures, effigies, or other signs, tending to expose another to public hatred, contempt, or ridicule; also, the act, tort, or crime of publishing this.”].
“• Holding Jews collectively responsible for actions of the state of Israel.
• The EUMC makes clear however, that criticism of Israel similar to that leveled against any other country cannot be regarded in itself as anti-Semitic.”

VI. U.S. Government Actions to Monitor and Combat Anti-Semitism
“The U.S. Government is committed to monitoring and combating anti-Semitism throughout the world as an important human rights and religious freedom issue. As President Bush said when he signed the Global Anti-Semitism Review Act on October 16, 2004, “Defending freedom also means disrupting the evil of anti-Semitism.”…………… The roots of anti-Semitism run deep and the United States does not underestimate the difficulty of reversing the recent resurgence of this ancient scourge. The legislative and executive branches, together with NGOs, constitute an important partnership in continuing the vital effort to find creative ways to monitor, contain, and finally stop anti-Semitism.”….
“U.S. Embassies implement this commitment by speaking out against anti-Semitic acts and hate crimes. Ambassadors and other embassy officers work with local Jewish communities to encourage prompt law enforcement action against hate crimes. In Turkey, the U.S. Embassy worked closely with the Jewish community following the November 2003 bombing of the Neve Shalom Synagogue. In the Middle East, our embassies have protested to host governments against practices that have allowed their institutions to promote anti-Semitism, such as the heavily watched television series Rider Without a Horse and Diaspora that respectively promoted the canard of the blood libel*, and “The Protocols of Elders of Zion.” U.S. bilateral demarches were effective in specific instances, but more remains to be done to encourage national leaders to speak out forcefully against anti-Semitism and in support of respectful, tolerant societies.”
[My Note: Emphasis mine. “Blood libel” refers to the New Testament account of the Jews’ role in killing Jesus. This would make the New Testament and those who preach it guilty of “Anti-Semitism”, see above.]

[*Correction from Lesson 10: The “Matthew Shepard Act” is also known as the “Local Law Enforcement Hate Crimes Prevention Act of 2007”. This was attached as an Amendment to the Senate Defense Reauthorization Bill (H.R.1585), which passed the House of Representatives May 3, 2007, and passed the Senate on September 27. Bush threatened to veto the bill if it came to his desk with the Hate Crime Amendment, so the bill went back through the process and dropped the Amendment so that funds could be authorized for the troops in Iraq.]
