15:3

15:3: “…. Great and marvelous [are] thy works, Lord God Almighty; just and true [are] thy ways, thou King of saints.

Davies, [263]  “An anonymous passage reads: ‘His dealings with all human beings are perfect and we must not criticize the ways of God even so far as the slightest wrong to man.'”4 [Note 4: “Sifre Deut. on 32.4 ¶307.”]

Davies, [336]: Passages from SIFRE on Num. and Deut..  On Deut. 32.4 ¶307 “…. ‘His works is perfect’ … His work is final upon all that comes into the world and it is impossible to criticize his ways even to the extent of a small ‘injustice’.  There is no one to ponder to himself and say, If I only had three eyes or if my face were turned backwards, how nice it would be.  The Torah therefore teaches us: ‘His work is perfect.'”
