19:1-21

19:1. And after these things I heard a great voice of much people in heaven, saying, Alleluia; Salvation, and glory, and honour, and power, unto the Lord our God:

                After this I heard what seemed to be the loud voice of a great multitude in heaven, crying, Hallelujah.

                Salvation and glory and power belong to our God:  Revelation 4:11; 7:10, 12; 11:15; 12:10.   

 

19:2. For true and righteous [are] his judgments: for he hath judged the great whore, which did corrupt the earth with her fornication, and hath avenged the blood of his servants at her hand.

                For his judgments are true and just; (See Revelation 15:3).

                He has judged the great harlot who corrupted the earth with her fornication, and he has avenged on her the blood of his servants:

                Then I fell down at his feet to worship him, but he said to me, “You must not do that! I am a fellow servant with you and your brethren who hold the testimony of Jesus.  Worship God.”  For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.
