10:1-11

10:1. And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow [was] upon his head, and his face [was] as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire:

                Then I saw another mighty angel coming down from heaven, wrapped in a cloud:

10:7. But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.

                But that in the days of the trumpet call to be sounded by the seventh angel: The mystery of God, as he announced to his servants the prophets, should be fulfilled:

10:8. And the voice which I heard from heaven spake unto me again, and said, Go [and] take the little book which is open in the hand of the angel which standeth upon the sea and upon the earth.

                Then the voice which I had heard from heaven spoke to me again, saying: “Go take the scroll which is open in the hand of the angel who is standing on the sea and on the land”:

Revelation 10:2;                                                                     

 

10:9. And I went unto the angel, and said unto him, Give me the little book. And he said unto me, Take [it], and eat it up; and it shall make thy belly bitter, but it shall be in thy mouth sweet as honey.

                So I went to the angel and told him to give me the little scroll; and he said to me:  Take it and eat; it will be bitter to your stomach, but sweet as honey in your mouth:

10:10. And I took the little book out of the angel’s hand, and ate it up; and it was in my mouth sweet as honey: and as soon as I had eaten it, my belly was bitter.

                And I took the little scroll from the hand of the angel and ate it; It was sweet as honey in my mouth, but when I had eaten it my stomach was made bitter:

10:11. And he said unto me, Thou must prophesy again before many peoples, and nations, and tongues, and kings.

                And I was told, “You must again prophesy about many peoples and nations and tongues and kings:

Ezek. 37:4, 9; (In other words: “You must regurgitate this that you have eaten upon many peoples and nations and tongues and kings.”                  The prophesy was first to the Jews, then to the whole world.)

Jer. 1:10.
